Bylaws & Policies

The District enforces bylaws on a complaint system. Complaints must be submitted in writing on the appropriate form either in person, through mail, or electronically to be considered valid. To report a bylaw violation, please contact the District Office or complete a Comments and Complaints Form.

Bylaws

A Bylaw to establish a reserve fund for wharf facility capital works, extensions or renewals of existing wharf facility works and purchase of machinery and equipment.
A Bylaw of the District of Fort St. James to establish and provide for zoning and other development regulations in order to implement the Official Community Plan.
