The Fort St. James Community Water and Sewer systems serve homes and businesses within the Fort St. James urban containment boundary, and Nak’azdli Reserve.
The water system is one of the largest public aquifer (artesian well) systems in Canada. Water samples are analyzed weekly.

The Bulk Water Fill Station allows for users to use their Credit or Debit Cards to pay for their water. If you wish to have an account and account code instead, you must apply for an Account at https://fortstjames-bc.flowpointcloud.ca.

How do I have my Water Turned Off/On if I have a back-up?

Annual Water Report
The District of Fort St. James is required by our Community Water System Operating Permit and the Drinking Water Protection Act to, annually publish an Annual Water System Report.
