Utilities payments are due April 30th & October 31st.
Bills can be paid:
- In person at 477 Stuart Drive West using cash debit or cheque
- Through your financial institution
- By mail to PO box 640 Fort St. James, V0J 1P0
Utility Billing change of address
Only registered property owners can change the billing address for utility accounts. these accounts are linked to the BC Assessment Authority and Land Title & Databases. Please call BC Assessment at 1-866-value (1-866-852-8322) or submit a change of address notification.
