TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Fort St. James (the “District”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following lands to the Encorp Pacific (Canada), a federal not-for-profit corporation registered extra provincially in British Columbia under the Societies Act:

Part of Lot 2, Lot 2, Block G, District Lot 110, Range 5 Coast District, Plan 3139 Except Plan 8962
(the “Lands”), as shown outlined on the map below.
The proposed disposition is for a lease (the “Lease”) of Lands between the District and the Encorp Pacific (Canada). The Lease will commence on August 1, 2026, and will expire on July 31, 2031. The consideration to be received by the District is rent in the amount of $2,500.00 plus GST for the initial 5-year term.
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Section 24 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District’s intention is to provide a form of assistance to Encorp Pacific (Canada) as the rental rate is less than fair market value.
