Notice of Annual Meeting
At the Council meeting on June 23, 2026, the District of Fort St. James Council will consider the 2025 Annual Report, in accordance with section 99 of the Community Charter.
The 2025 Annual Report is available for public review from June 8, 2026, onward on the District’s website: www.fortstjames.ca/government/municipal-reports. Paper copies will be available for viewing at the District Office Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Written submissions received by the Corporate Officer by 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026, will be provided to Council for consideration during the meeting.
