NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
At the Council meeting on June 24, 2025, District of Fort St. James Council will consider the 2024 Annual Report, in accordance with section 99 of the Community Charter.
The 2024 Annual Report will be available for public review on June 6, 2025, on the District’s website: www.fortstjames.ca/government/municipal-reports. Paper copies will be available for viewing at the District Office Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Council will receive submissions and questions from the public during the regular meeting of Council to be held on June 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers and via Zoom Webinar. The Zoom Webinar link is available at www.fortstjames.ca.
The deadline for submission of written comments that will appear on the meeting agenda is Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
