    Permissive Tax Exemption Opportunity

    Eligible not-for-no-profit organizations that pay taxes to the District of Fort St. James  may apply to be exempt from property taxes. The deadline to apply for the 2024 tax year is June 1, 2023.

    Effective at 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday May 11, 2023, Category 2 and Category 3 open burning is prohibited across the Prince George Fire Centre.
