Public Notice: Lease at Perison Airport

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Fort St. James (the “District”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following lands to the Bradley Van Koughnett:

Part of Lot 1, District Lots 1661 and 1662, Range 5, Coast District Plan PRP13842
(the “Lands”), as shown outlined on the map below.
The proposed disposition is for a lease (the “Lease”) of Lands between the District and the Bradley Van Koughnett. The Lease will commence on January 1, 2026, and will expire on December 31, 2028, with the option to renew for an additional term of 3 years. The consideration to be received by the District is rent in the amount of $1,874.88 plus GST for the initial 3-year term.
