NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

Pursuant to section 39(2) of “Council Procedures Bylaw No. 1103, 2026”, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 4:00p.m. in Council Chambers at the District Office, 477 Stuart Drive West, Fort St. James, BC to discuss Minister Meeting Requests for the 2026 Union of British Columbia Municipalities Annual General Meeting.
