The purpose of this application is to amend “District of Fort St. James Bylaw No. 738, 2001” by rezoning the subject properties from P-1: Parks to P-2: Institutional.
This notice is provided in advance of Council’s consideration of first three readings of the proposed bylaw. In accordance with Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act, Council exercises their right to not hold a public hearing as the proposed bylaw is consistent with the District’s Official Community Plan.
