TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Fort St. James (the “District”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following lands to Vernon Hoeppner:

PID: 018-525-113

Part of Lot 1, District Lots 1661 and 1662, Range 5, Coast District Plan PRP13842

(the “Lands”), as shown outlined on this notice.

The proposed disposition is for the lease (the “Lease”) of the Lands between the District and Vernon Hoeppner. The Lease will commence on April 1st 2025, and will expire on April 1st 2028, with the option to renew for an additional term of 3 years. The consideration to be received by the District is rent in the amount of $1,115 plus GST for the initial term.
