TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 24, 26, and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Fort St. James (the “District”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following lands to the Stuart Lake Recycling Co-op:

Lot 2, Block G, District Lot 110, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 3139, Except Plan 8962
(the “Lands”) having a civic address of 445 Morice Avenue, Fort St. James, BC, as shown outlined in blue on the map below.
The proposed disposition is for the lease (the “Lease”) of the Lands between the District and the Stuart Lake Recycling Co-op. The Lease will commence on December 1, 2025, and will expire on November 30, 2029, with the option to renew for an additional term of 5 years. The consideration to be received by the District is rent in the amount of $5 plus GST for the initial 5-year term.
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Section 24 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District’s intention is to provide a form of assistance to the Stuart Lake Recycling Co-op as the rental rate is less than fair market value.
