Connexus Community Resources in Partnership with BC Housing and the District of Fort St. James held a traditional land blessing at the site of a future Senior’s and Elders housing development. Participants shared their prayers for those who would eventually reside in the building and worked together to build a fire to represent the homes of future residents. It was a lovely ceremony, and we are grateful to all who attended and worked hard to make this project a reality.
