Growing Communities Fund Supports Water Line Replacement

The District of Fort St. James acknowledges the support of the Province of BC's Growing Communities Fund, which provided $225,000 toward our essential Water Line Upgrading project. 

To date, water lines have been replaced on Heathmont, Fir, Grove and Elm Streets, with paving to be finished this summer. 

Water line upgrades are ongoing for the next 4-7 years, depending upon available funding - the support of the Growing Communities Fund is greatly appreciated to expedite this important investment in District infrastructure.
