Cottonwood Marina Update:
The District of Fort St. James is undertaking Cottonwood Marina improvements in 2026. These improvements will consist of the replacement of the dock anchor system and installation of a new breakwater and anchor system. Further the boat launch, patio area overlooking the dock, and lights and beacons are all being replaced or repaired.
Due to these upgrades, the District will not be offering moorage for the 2026 season, however, the boat launch will continue to be useable most of the time during the construction. When the Boat launch is closed, the District will advertise this to the best of our abilitiy.
During this construction, we request that all vehicle and trailer parking be on Lakeshore Drive only.
