The District of Fort St. James Council will hold the 2024 Annual Meeting to receive the 2023 Annual Report as set out in Section 98 of the Community Charter on June 25, 2024.
The 2023 Annual Report may be view at the District office from June 6 to June 25, 2024. Council will receive submissions and questions from the public during the regular meeting of Council to be held on June 25, 2024, at 5:00pm in Council Chambers and via Zoom webinar.
At the Annual Meeting, anyone who wishes to make a statement or ask questions shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present a written submission respecting matters contained in the report. The deadline for submission of written comments that will appear on the meeting agenda is Wednesday, June 20, 2024, at 12:00pm.
