Notice of Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw
Pursuant to section 227 of the Community Charter¸ notice is hereby given that the District of Fort St. James Council will consider “Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 1108, 2026” at their regular meeting of Council on September 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 477 Stuart Drive West, Fort St. James, BC. The proposed bylaw would provide the following properties with permissive tax exemptions for three years (2027-2029). The estimated taxes that would otherwise be imposed are shown below.
