NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY DISPOSITION

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the District of Fort St. James (the “District”) proposes to dispose of an interest in the following lands to Joe Wilson:
PID: 018-525-113
Part of Lot 1, District Lots 1661 and 1662, Range 5, Coast District Plan PRP13842
(the “Lands”), as shown outlined on the map below.
The proposed disposition is for the lease (the “Lease”) of the Lands between the District and Joe Wilson. The Lease will commence on November 1, 2026, and will expire on October 31, 2028. The consideration to be received by the District is rent in the amount of $2,425.50 plus GST for the term.
