Council sets aside funds each year to provide grants to community organizations.
Grants may be provided for not-for-profit and/or registered charitable groups or individuals that are making a specific contribution towards enhancement of the quality of life within the community or travelling outside the community, having attained a recognized level of excellence in areas of recreational, academic or cultural pursuits.
